Shipping & No-Return Policy
Digital Product Delivery (eBook)
All eBooks are digital products and are delivered electronically.
Upon successful payment, customers will receive:
- Immediate on-screen access to download the eBook, and/or
- A download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable time, please contact us at [your support email].
There are no physical items shipped for eBook purchases.
Coaching Services Delivery
Coaching sessions are delivered digitally via:
- Video conferencing (Zoom or similar platform), or
- Other agreed-upon digital communication methods.
After purchase, you will receive instructions for scheduling your session. It is the customer’s responsibility to attend scheduled sessions at the agreed time.
No-Return & No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services:
- All eBook sales are final.
- All coaching purchases are final.
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once purchase is completed.
Digital products cannot be “returned,” and coaching time is reserved exclusively for the purchaser. Therefore, all sales are considered non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the case of:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors resulting in failure to deliver the product

Customer Responsibility
By purchasing an eBook or coaching service, you acknowledge:
- You understand the product is digital.
- You understand no physical product will be shipped.
- You agree to the no-refund policy.
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate contact information.
