Shipping & No-Return Policy

Digital Product Delivery (eBook)

All eBooks are digital products and are delivered electronically.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive:

  • Immediate on-screen access to download the eBook, and/or
  • A download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive your download link within a reasonable time, please contact us at [your support email].

There are no physical items shipped for eBook purchases.


Coaching Services Delivery

Coaching sessions are delivered digitally via:

  • Video conferencing (Zoom or similar platform), or
  • Other agreed-upon digital communication methods.

After purchase, you will receive instructions for scheduling your session. It is the customer’s responsibility to attend scheduled sessions at the agreed time.


No-Return & No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services:

  • All eBook sales are final.
  • All coaching purchases are final.
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once purchase is completed.

Digital products cannot be “returned,” and coaching time is reserved exclusively for the purchaser. Therefore, all sales are considered non-refundable.


Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the case of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical errors resulting in failure to deliver the product

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing an eBook or coaching service, you acknowledge:

  • You understand the product is digital.
  • You understand no physical product will be shipped.
  • You agree to the no-refund policy.
  • You are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate contact information.
